Even Common Man's complaint is tracked by Cabinet
Minister.
Dharmendra Pradhan Minister of State (Independent Charge) Petroleum &
Natural Gas, GOI replies to concern raised by me instantly & tracks the complaint till it
gets resoled.
Below the story:
You have made Online Payment for your Bharat gas refill. Payment is successful but not reflecting on Bharat Gas Portal so you thought to launch Online Complaint from their portal itself. But Bad luck continues, due to some Programming (Purposely created / Real ) error occurs and you are not able to book a complaint as well. You will get frustrated.
You call their helpline, You get auto reply that this helpline is only
available between 8AM to 8PM. Gone… you are now left with no other option than
going to your Gas Agency next day.

I got surprised when Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of State (Independent
Charge) Petroleum & Natural Gas, GOI replied to me very promptly within 2
-3 hours.
Below is his reply on 22nd Apr. 10.17AM
I gave all details to DharmendraJi & to BPCL on twitter.
Within a minute or two I got reply from Bharat Petroleum assuring they will
take care of it.
@ 11AM: I have received a call from
Bharat Petroleum. Executive as ken to listen to my concerns & assured me
that we will resolved your Payment complaint and will also work on our portal
to rectify the programming errors.
@ 11.30 AM: Gas Cylinder was at my home and delivery boy asked me for
Payment as it was not reflecting in his record. I paid him in cash without
arguing him.
@ 4.30 PM: Person from Gas Agency came to my home again & gave me my
money saying your online payment is now reflecting and hence we are giving you
back your cash amount.
@23rd Apr. 11.22 AM: I have received a confirmation mailer from Bharat Gas
that My complaint is resolved.
I take it as a win of a Common Man as now we can do complaints/Suggestion
online as well.
This is a true example of how even a Cabinet Minister is addressing to a
query raised by common man in a timely Manner.
Isn’t it a #Acche Din.
